My pool was built by Blue Lagoon and was swimming within 30 days from when they dug the hole.

How long have you been in business?
The owner has over 28 years hands-on experience in every aspect of the pool construction business.
What is your primary product or service?
We build and design custom swimming pools ranging in price from $19,000 - $150,000. Every pool can have a unique, custom look, as opposed to a standard builder cookie cutter, for the same price the builder chargers or less, but with more options and more personal choices and customization.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I started out as a laborer when I was 16 years old working after school. I worked hard and learned hands-on, being taught by some of the best builders in the industry at that time. Instead of buying a name, I built my company from the ground up, with unquestionable worth ethic, diligence and loyallaty to the fine reputation my company has earned and the faith my customers have entrusted me with.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We build only 4 - 6 pools at time, reaping us the benefit of effecting construction in about 30 days from dig to water and we have a proven record for that. This also enables us to give each customer the hands-on time and attention they are paying for. We've had the same crew for about 10 years now and this keeps the jobs rolling. We provide a quality service in record time, especially considering we work in South Florida, known for rainy days and hurricanes! We pride ourselves on the fact that the owner is also the salesperson and the actual contractor you'll outside working in your backyard, on your home improvement project with a truly vested interest in the outcome and the customer's satisfation.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Most of our work has been focused and situated in Broward County. However, we have done some work in Palm Beach and occassionally Miami. We are expanding to include the Palm Beach on a more regular basis.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash and checks only.
Which areas do you service?
We build in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We provide pool maintenance in Broward County, only at this time, mostly in the Weston, Davie, Plantation and Cooper City areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
John Scott Anderson is the owner and qualifier for company. The sales person and the contractor who will be on your job building your pool and overseeing day to day operations. Sherry Anderson is the co-salesperson and runs the permits and office operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 - 4. Sales hours are generally Tuesdays and Thursdays, but nights and weekends are also scheduled to accomodate potential customers' schedules as well. Construction runs 7 days a week, as and if needed, from sun up 'till sun down.
