How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Utilizing computers since a small child. Learned the inside and out of computers, their equipment and functions both hardware and software related. Learn to resolved issues without incident and verify all equipment was placed back into a working state reducing or eliminating down time.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our goal is providing quality computer repair services at reasonable prices. Customer service is a must and we don't just provide computer repair for our customers, we educate our clients how to maintain their equipment and prevent similar situations from happening again. Other companies provide similar services at lower rates but these lower rates are for mainly remote services where there is no direct face to face contact. Other companies also don't educate their clients how to maintain their equipment because they want their customers to keep calling them back to gain profit. We are acceptable for profit however when it's needed. We give them the tools and resources they need to prevent futuristic everyday problems. Therefore when the client does have a problem, it usually is different then what they previously had but again once the problem is repaired they are again educated how to prevent the problem in the future.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we do not have a storefront location due to unnecessary overhead expenses. We are mobile based and respond out to our clients homes or businesses to provide our services on-scene or to pickup the equipment for our special flat rate prices. If we pickup the equipment we also deliver it back where it was picked up. We have one location in North Lauderdale where calls for service are answered, a location in Tamarac where equipment is repaired and another location in the Parkland area where repairs are performed. All of our addresses are listed on our service tickets so clients know where their equipment is.
