What is your primary product or service?
Listing and selling Residential real estate properties. Serve sellers and buyers of real estate property. Specialize in Short sales, Investor/REO, Estate properties, and senior communities.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Laid off and living in a rental with kids caused me to make adjustments that would at least create savings. With my business marketing background, I dream of becoming an entrepreneur and of owning my own home. The entire process of buying my first home sparked an interest and I realize there were many others that I could serve in this area. This lead me to start my career in real estate so I can make that difference.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
By educating my customers and clients, I make my client's priority my number one goal. I Build trust worthiness with my client. I do what I tell them I will do, sometimes more but never less.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in Sunrise at this time. I plan to serve and make a difference to others while growing this in to a rewarding business.
