Since 1993 in Pennsylvania. In Florida since 1997.
What is your primary product or service?
Certified language translations for diplomas, websites, brochures, ads, specification sheets, presentation, employee manuals, books, instruction booklets, decrees, contracts, depositions, financials, medical records, business letters, birth certificates, academic transcripts, etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is in the area of business communications from ITESM in Mexico and Michigan State University. Language Services in Spanish were almost non existent or of a very bad quality. Advertising agencies needed professionals to help them "transcreate" their creative message for the US Hispanic market and for Latin America. It evolved into many industries and languages.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Years of experience. Certified. International mindset. Accuracy, reliability, very customer focused. A large network of professional subcontractors matched and carefully picked for each job.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have our Headquarters in Coral Springs Florida, USA

The Coral Springs, Florida office is on the Walk on Unversity Driv. There is an elevator with a directory of companies to get to the Second Floor.
What type of payments do you accept?
Corporate checks, direct deposits, Electronic transfers, international wires, PayPal.
Which areas do you service?
Worldwide. We serve the majority of our Corporate clients by email. Some local clients require printed originals for legal purposes, which must be certified and notarized for immigration or Court decisions, for example. Attorneys and/or their clients choose to pick them up or have them mailed to the US address of their choice.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I do.
What are your hours of operation?
9 to 5 pm. After hours service is available by appointment.
