How long have you been in business?
As a company I've been in business for 5 years. But as far as experience, I have 16 years in the window installation industry.
What is your primary product or service?
Service, we install hurricane impact windows and doors in residential as well as commercial projects.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Started working as a helper for a window installer here in Florida, became an installer after 2 years of working with him. Went to New York and was hired as a Field Supervisor for the largest window installing company there. Came back to Florida and opened up my own company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pay very close attention to our work and take great pride in doing a excellent work. We want make our customers happy so they can refer us to their family and friends.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, we have been considering to expand and open a second location. We install from the Florida Keys to West Palm Beach.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Take I95 north or south depending of where you're coming from, get off on Commercial go to Dixie Hwy and make a left on Florananda, we're on the righ hand side.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
Broward County, Palm Beach County and Dade.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My partner, my wife and I run the daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are from 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday thru Friday, but we will accomodate customers that due to their work schedule need to come in the showroom after hours or on weekends.
