I have just employed Duraclean to conduct a mold remediation project, followed by a renovation project; the results of which I am happy with.
Initially I looked at quotes from three companies. One of the reasons that I chose Duraclean is because they were the most responsive to my email communications. This aspect of things was very important to me since I do not live in the US and was reliant on being given clear, honest feedback.
Most of my contact was with Eva, either by telephone or email. Her responses were immediate, be it early in the morning or late at night; this meant that I was never left wondering whether work was taking place; I didn't need to worry, it always was.
Something else that I found helpful was the fact that Greg emailed photographs of the different stages to me.
If I were in need of major contract work in the future, I would not hesitation in employing Duraclean again.
