The agency has been in business for over 30 years and has been an American Express office all along.
What is your primary product or service?
The focus is primarily on leisure travel - cruises and tours, but our corporate travel department specializes in travel arrangements for business travelers to Europe, South America and the US.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Over 20 years in travel management, hospitality management and business development.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Professional service and experience in the industry. Everyone at the office is well traveled and is highly trained and specialized.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Only one location with no plans to expand at this time, although we are always interested in acquiring other agencies as we have done in the past.

Which areas do you service?
Ft Lauderdale, Plantation, Weston, Sunrise, Miramar, Pembroke Pines and we have clients in Jamaica, the UK, Canada and South America.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Diana Marley owns and Julie Jones manages the daily operation. Julie owned the agency for 20 years before she sold it to Diana. Its a great team.

Monday to Friday from 9am til 6pm Saturday from 10am til 3pm
