What is your primary product or service?
Hand washing rugs. Oriental, wool, silk, Persian, antique, etc. Washing all rugs by hand, never using harsh chemicals or machinery. No hot water is ever used. We offer pet odor removal, repair and restoration services. We use the Auserehlian Cleaning System for all rugs that come into our 5,000 Sq. Ft. plant.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a passion and appreciation for the quality of rugs that come into my plant for washing. I enjoy offering the best quality of service a consumer can get and therefor I stand behind every rug that is washed in my plant. I know that I offer the best prices and services in all of South Florida.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?

We service all of Broward, Dade and Palm Beach Counties. We offer FREE estimates, pick up and delivery services. All you have to do is contact our customer service dept. and we'll take care of the rest.

We are conveniently located off of Dixie Hwy and Oakland Park Blvd., in Ft. Lauderdale. We are on the same side of the road as Peter Pan Diner. Their parking lot is considered to be on 12th Terrace where we are just about 3-4 buildings down from them. Very easy to find. We have American flags on the top of our building so you can't miss our landmark. Call us with any questions to our location.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, pay pal, checks, insurance claims and money orders.
Which areas do you service?
All of Broward, Dade and Palm Beach counties. You may also walk in your rugs to visit our plant.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
William Thornton- Owner We have Technicians who are very experienced in their field as well as our Customer Service Reps, Plant Manager and our Social Media Team who all play a vital role in keeping the plant successful, operational and fully functional.
