King Of Bingo

I made a decent sized order with King of Bingo supply company for a fun gift for a relative. The order was confirmed via email and my credit card charged and didn't hear again from them until I contacted them in regards to my missing order. They sent a confirmation from the post office that it was delivered a month ago. I went through the process of a mail investigation and indeed it was delivered, yet stolen from my porch. The post office suggested I contact the company and see if it could be reissued. I did this and received a rude email, basically telling me no and sorry for your situation. They do not work in a professional manner, as a purchasing accountant I expected better treatment or at least a professional denial. I received this email from Mr. Ron Peters, my assumption the company owner.
