Networking opportunities for businesses, informative seminars, Leads Groups and Internet tools for marketing.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A Chamber of Commerce is a the heart of a business community and helping businesses strive is a great challenge as well as great passion of mine.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is the friendliest and most dynamic Chamber! Team members actually genuinally care for businesses and members and have a "can do " attitude!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and no plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
The Chamber is located in the heart of Hollywood, just North of the ArtsPark on US!.
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit cards, cash and checks. We also offer payment plans.
Which areas do you service?
The Greater Hollywood area, so just about anything in South Florida!
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The Chamber is a not for profit 501c 6 organization and is run by the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee. The CEO / Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operations but accountable to the Board.
What are your hours of operation?
Officially 9 am to 5 pm; But weekly leads groups and monthly networking opportunities make is more like a 7:30 am to 7 pm operation.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
How I have changed the culture of the organization and how much fun it now is to attend Chamber events and volunteer for the chamber.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
" To those to whom more was given, more will be expected from."
