What is your primary product or service?
We have a functional showroom where customers can come and try our working whirlpool tubs and showers along with our special bidet toilets. Fun staff too.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I ran a manufacturing facility in Ft. Lauderdale then decided to go to the next level and open and retail / wholesale showroom. Its been a fun ride with many ups and downs due to our economy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
there is NO ONE in this industry that gives the level of customer service before ,during and after the sale. We are friendly knowledgeable and affordable. We have the only place you can try before you buy.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1, used to have one in Naples didn't work from far away. and NO, we are happy here
