My primary product or service include various areas of credit management leading to debt resolution and a higher FICO credit score.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I became interested in this line of work while working as a debt management paralegal answering complaints for a debt consolidation company.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am familiar with the most common complaints in this industry and I/we offer a service of addressing and correcting consumer credit reports from a county court mediator's perspective.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I have an online location and will soon expand into contracting with other businesses, for example, mortgage companies or other financial institutions that use credit reports to qualify for consumers services. I will open offices to respond to their industry professionals.

At present, I use online and telephonic interviews to set the stage for my business relationships that later involve personal contact.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, checks and money orders. Occasionally, for those who are homebound or otherwise unable to use any of these methods of payment, a personal visit may be needed and a cash transaction is acceptable.
Which areas do you service?
We are national because credit reporting processes and the dispute resolution process is relative to the issue, not the area. We are currently serving consumers across the nation.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
The company is owner operated by James R. Anderson, Jr., when the expansion takes place each location will have a manager proficient in his/her area of expertise, for example debt counseling, credit restoration, or mortgage financing.
What are your hours of operation?
We open for business at 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The best compliment is after achieving a client's goal they are not only recommending this company to others but are interested in obtaining additional services we offer.

I strongly believe in the gospel of John 3:27 "A man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from heaven." So the fact that I am in business points to my Faith.
